Big News: Hilary Duff scoops up a TCA!
The only reason why this is news is because she's been pretty absent since her last studio album release in 200 with
Dignity. After that, she pretty much disappeared, starring in a couple of indie films which didn't do well (not surprising), and starring in Gossip Girl. An award she won for. Duff won "Best Female Scene Stealer" for her 2009 guest role on Gossip Girl, beating out stars from 90210, Glee and The Vampire Diaries.
Now, if only she'd come back with a killer single..
