The annual Royal Variety is back and featured the likes of Kylie Minogue, Susan Boyle, and of course, Cheryl Cole. The X Factor judge has suffered loads of public backlash this year on the competition and is desperate to get the audience back. First stop: Royal Variety. She premiered her upcoming single The Flood and sang almost everything live - except the hook, of course. But no matter how well she sings it, people are still going to be skeptical of that voice of hers. Second stop is by the way, an appearance on Alan Carr where she's rumoured to be performing Promise This live acoustically. Mmmm.
But back to that performance, the performance was good, had more emotion than Pixie Lott, and she looked good. Yes, she didn't belt the hook, whatever. But I don't think many can. Still, should be a hit for her.
